We (Kavitha & Namitha), met coincidently at a Design Thinking workshop in 2018, where we exchanged some thoughts, ideas and dreams!
Soon, we realized our ‘Ethos’ was strongly aligned, and we shared a vision to make learning fun, impactful and engaging through creativity.
We strongly believed that corporate learning should move from a ppt-led, trainer-driven approach to a more hands-on, experiential, learner-driven model using creativity as a medium for engagement and learning retention.
We focused on what we felt we could do well and stand out :
Gamified Learning , Design Thinking and Blended Learning
In the next few weeks, we found ourselves working together on many gamification projects and design sprints. From malls, to cafes, we worked together from every place that wouldn’t throw us out ! Eventually, we gave our vision a shape and a name and thus ‘Learning Ethos’ was born on 10th Oct 2019.
